A Contract for the supply of goods or services is only deemed to exist between you and Shrewsbury Marine once an email confirming your order has been sent and payment has been successfully made. Credit and debit cards are debited before items are shipped by ourselves. We will not send an "alternative" version of the goods unless specifically agreed in writing by both parties.
Making a Purchase: Please browse our site and add items you wish to buy into the shopping cart, proceed to checkout and follow instructions for payment. If you prefer not to put card details on line, please feel free to phone us to place the order and give your card details. We accept most UK debit/credit cards but not American Express.
Shipping: We aim to ship within 2 business days. We only ship within the U.K. at present.
Postage Costs: These are dependent on weight/size and will be displayed on line before you finally make the purchase.
VAT: This is calculated at the UK government set rate at time of order (currently 20%) and prices shown include VAT.. Some items are classed as VAT exempt e.g. children's wet suits/lifejackets and books and charts.
Returns: Your right to return goods is protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations of 13th June 2014 which replaced the E.U. Distance Selling Directive. If you wish to cancell your order you must tell us within 14 days of receipt of goods and return within 30 days for a refund. Please note the goods must be in new and unused & tagged (if applicable) condition. We will require you to pay the return delivery charge unless goods are faulty. We will initiate your refund as soon as we receive the goods.
Privacy/Data Protection Policy : We may share your personal information with our suppliers, service providers and other contractors to fulfil orders you place with us and to provide the services you request. .
